I love the template feature. Working for multiple physicians practices and several providers, it's so nice to be able change the provider name so easily and even organize my documents into folders that I can access no matter where I am!

Its OK
Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea
It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy.
I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

We no longer had use for product as we…
We no longer had use for product as we are a small Not for Profit Organisation and they canceled our subscription that was automatically renewed and refunded the $'a that was charged. This happened without any issues and thanks to pdFiller for their understanding

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Kara in customer support was AMAZING!!! I couldn't get a form to do what I needed it to do so I sent it to her and she did it for me in no time! I needed it right away and she fixed my problem and saved my behind!!! I love this company!! Worth it's weight in GOLD!!!
