Life made easy
If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

I absolutely love, PDF filler. It is so easy to create forms whether I use them as fillable or not, they are terrific. I love that I can name each form and save each form. It's so easy to print my new forms. I'm actually having the time of my life creating them, it's actually fun I know no one else is probably going to say that but I think it's really fun to use. I am 59 years old and this is better than Etch-a-Sketch back in the day and that says a lot lol I would highly recommend pdfFiller to anyone and I have. I own 3 medical practices and we have forms forms and more forms. PDF filler has been just an absolute lifesaver. I've also use it for personal forms that I need. I haven't had a need to use any of the pre templates that are available. I'm just so thrilled that I found pdfFiller. I actually purchased two Remarkable tablets for my practice and that was a disaster. It was an unremarkable purchase to say the least. It's just not that great when it comes to creating a beautiful document, it just wasn't for us. So glad that I went on Google and found pdfFiller. I am happy business owner!

Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. My success is now at my finger tips and I'm able to create bullet proof contracts, forms, notices, and change orders with e-signatures at a drop of a dime!!! Thank you pdfFiller!!!!

Handy service. Swift support. I am amazed
Let me share with you my experience frankly. I needed to edit a one single pdf document. Found this service. Registered for a free trial. Edited the document swiftly and smoothly. And forgot about it. Till the moment I received a charge for the yearly subscription. Which, admittedly, is not low at all (though may be reasonable to those who use this service).Anyway, I contacted pdfFiller support team, and I was surprised by both: 1) the fact that they immediately agreed to issue a refund, as it met their policy (I canceled in less than 24 hours, actually, immediately) 2) that even though they told that I will receive the money back within 1-5 business days - I got it within a few minutes. I am perplexed. The only pity really is that I can't afford it

Thrilled with this app!
After I found this option, I've been thrilled with it. No more prints and write; now I do everything directly in the computer. Less environmental damage, no ink and no papers. Loved it!

How do you adjust an invoice?
In Records, Invoices, open the invoice record. Select the Invoice tab and verify the Status is Pending. Click Invoice, New Adjustment from the menu bar. Enter the Adjustment date, New transaction amount (this can be the same), Adjustment post date, Reason and any applicable Notes.
How do you void an invoice?
Go to Invoices > Unpaid / Paid Invoices. Locate the invoice, then click Options > Create Credit Note. Select whether you want the Invoice Values. Select Void Invoice as the Credit Note Type. Enter the Date Issued and Order No. The Cost Center Account defaults to the Original Invoice.
What happens when you void an invoice?
On the other hand, voiding an invoice cancels a particular payment or invoice. Voiding an invoice will keep the invoice number and list it in reports but changes the amounts to zero. Hence, if you want to stop a particular payment from being realized by QuickBooks, select void.
How do I void an invoice from a previous year?
Click the name of the customer whose invoice you'll be voiding, find the Invoice from the list below, and click to open it. Select More > Void at the bottom.
What happens if I void an invoice in QuickBooks?
Voiding it. When you delete an invoice, QuickBooks really deletes all related transactions and reports, removing it from your books without traces. When you void an invoice, QuickBooks resets the transaction value to 0 (zero) dollar making it nonexistent to your account and customer balance.

Write Off — Write Off is one way of dealing with bad debts. Bad debts usually mean any specific invoice that becomes uncollectible. You can Write Off an invoice when you're sure that the invoice amount is uncollectible. When you Write Off an invoice it will be marked as Paid.
How do I reverse an invoice in Oracle Payables?
To reverse invoice distributions: From the Invoices window choose the Distributions button to navigate to the Distributions window. Select the distributions you want to reverse and choose Reverse. Payable creates a negative amount distribution for each distribution you select.
How do you cancel an invoice?
In the Business menu, select Invoices. If required, select the down-arrow to the right of the page title and select the required filter. Select the Draft, Awaiting Payment or Overdue tab. In the Invoice Manager screen, drill down on the invoice that you wish to cancel.
