A bit difficult to navigate… A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Yes. A multiple choice question can have more than one correct answer. If any of the correct answers are chosen, the answer is marked as correct. If you would like to force the user to select ALL the correct answers for the answer to be graded as correct, you'd need to include them as part of one of the answer choices.
For example, if you have four respondents to a survey, who have given the following satisfaction values (from a range of -2 to +2). To calculate the mean, you sum the values and divide by the number of cases. If you are scoring Don't know as 0, your mean would be (-1 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 0) / 5 or 4/5.
Divide the number of people who answered in the affirmative by the total number polled. In the example, 200 divided by 1,000 equals 0.2. Multiply the quotient you calculated in Step 4 by 100 to get a percentage figure. In the example, multiply 0.2 by 100 to get 20 percent.
Drag and drop Multiple Choice into your survey from the BUILDER section. Enter question text. In the Answers fields, enter each answer choice. Configure any additional options. Click Save.

With a Basic (free) plan you can collect unlimited responses for free, but view either 40 or 100 responses per survey (depending on when you created an account and your billing location).
Multiple choice questions are the most popular survey question type. They allow your respondents to select one or more options from a list of answers that you define. Because the answer options are fixed, your respondents have an easier survey-taking experience.
