How to Use the Assemble Notification Feature in pdfFiller

The Assemble Notification feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily notify recipients about a document that needs to be filled out or signed. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to send notifications for in pdfFiller.
Click on the 'Send' button located at the top right corner of the screen.
In the dropdown menu, select 'Assemble Notification'.
A new window will appear where you can customize the notification settings.
Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to notify. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.
Customize the subject and message of the notification email. You can use placeholders like {{sender_name}} and {{document_name}} to personalize the message.
Choose whether you want to send the notification immediately or schedule it for a later time.
If you want to send a copy of the document along with the notification, check the 'Attach Document' option.
Click on the 'Send' button to send the notifications.
The recipients will receive an email notification with a link to access the document in pdfFiller.
Once the recipients open the document, they can fill it out, sign it, and submit it back to you.
You will receive a notification when the recipients complete the document.
You can track the status of the document and manage the notifications in the 'Sent' folder of your pdfFiller account.

You can customize the message that appears when the notification is shown, in a way that is compatible with an additional functionality: — Assemble the message into a text message and send it via MSN Messenger; — Assemble a text message attached to a Microsoft Exchange MAPI and send this to Outlook (by setting the MAPI Account Identifier); — Assemble the text message on a SharePoint list and send it by using the Outlook Web App. After deploying this software update, the Assemble Notification is displayed under the Assembled Notifications window (right click it and select Assemble Notifications). When you click the button that will show you how to display the Assemble Notification, the Assemble Notification window appears. When the Assemble Notification window shows up, there are several ways that you can specify a message. A Message is a text message that can be sent by using an Outlook Web App, Outlook on the web, MSN Messenger, and Microsoft Exchange MAPI (or other server software). A text message that has the same message as the Assemble Notification will be shown on the Assemble Notification window. The Assembly Notification window will show the Assemble Notification when an Exchange item has a message of the same type as the Assemble Notification.. You don’t need to be a programmer to use ‘Assemble Notification’, so anyone with basic programming or information technology skills can start taking advantage of the features that this app provides and create his or her own custom notification! ‘Assemble Notification’ offers three different types of notifications: ‘ Assemble notifications have an option of notifying you when they are to be sent. ‘You’ll be able to add your own custom notification via email or in-app through the use of our integrated email management system.‘ ‘ You can set a notification to sound automatically when you receive a specific type of call or text message. You’ll be able to set the volume and mute the sound.‘ ‘You can choose to disable alerts and notifications you haven’t selected yet, either completely or on a per-application basis. ‘You can set alerts for specific time frames, like the day, month, year, or a specific text message.. What do you like best?
I like that the program is pretty intuitive and that I’m able to figure most things out on my own. I am able to erase and utilize previously filled forms that otherwise I might have to obtain from another source. The time and energy savings for me offsets the cost. In addition, I like being able to work on the program from a mobile standpoint - as long as I have cell phone or internet connectivity, I’m able to access and work on documents at my convenience.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I really dislike. I still struggle with how to send a document directly out of the program to someone that may or may not have sufficiently updated software or skills to open. I’ve worked around this by saving the document and then sending from a cloud storage site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’ve used tillable Adobe programs and PDFfiller meets or exceeds the capabilities of the Adobe programs I have used.
