Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

free trial is great thanks but not sure how long i will need access for. I can cancel my subscription and thats great too but it means that i most likely wont pay the first subscription. Great for me but not for you. My point is, I would have been more than happy to pay maybe a "pay as you go" fee. Something like £2 to download for example, then maybe i would have to subscribe to use the other options available. just a though. thanks for a great site though :)

I have tried many different programs. I find PDFfiller to be the easiest to use for anything re: PDFs and to get signatures on paperwork.

It is a little more expensive than some of the other programs

I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts
What do you dislike?
I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

Very professional and good customer support
I forgot to cancel the auto renewed subscription after my free trial and they got back to me within a day and were also very responsive. I got refunded immediately even though it was my fault for not cancelling.

Can I black out information on a PDF?
Choose Tools > Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text & Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, choose Redact in the floating context-menu.
How do I remove black shades from a PDF?
Remove a background from selected pages Open the PDF containing the background. Choose Tools > Edit PDF. The Edit PDF toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar. In the secondary toolbar, choose More > Background > Remove. Click Yes to confirm the background removal.
