I like the improvements to the program & the variety of options. I would like to see the "circle" option with a little more flexibility - right now it is very thick & not practical. I also could not adjust the position of text boxes that were misaligned without deleting and recreating them.

Good but very expensive; if I could open and fill PDFs on my computer, I would do so, but my computer, for whatever reason, will not allow me to. Also, lining up the characters/text could be better?? But thank you - it's still a lifesaver!

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! Easy to Use but Not Free
This is a typical program that is easy to use as long as you are familiar with PDF editing programs. They do provide tips when you first begin in case you need them. My only complaint and it is for all these "free" programs, is that there are no free programs. All of them make you sign up with your info for a trial period and if you don't like it you better be sure to cancel before the intro period is up or you will be hit with an annual fee.

Took a bit to find the "how to use Zapier" tricks (Zapier had a link), and to learn how to use Fillable Fields properly. However, once over that hump, this service is fantastic. My workflows will be faster and cleaner from this point forward!!!

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.
