Provided ease by timely consistence and effortless interface in preparing & modifying quality forms. Ease of use. From downloading to modifying. Short learning curve. Provided easy solution to modifying old forms by scanning/uploading and easy modification. From what little I used it to create new forms, more flexibility would have been nice for import and modifying images. But since I rarely used this program for creation I may not have explored the features properly.

A contract clause is a specific provision or section within a written contract. Each clause in a contract addresses a specific aspect related to the overall subject of the agreement. Contract clauses are aimed at clearly defining the duties, rights and privileges that each party has under the contract terms.
Important clauses in a contract include such attributes as termination clauses and confidentiality provisions. Agreements are invoked in nearly all industries, and many of the agreement clauses are used across most sectors.
Write a concise statement that illustrates exactly what purpose you want the contract clause to achieve. Write in plain English, not in “legalese.” For example, “I want to prevent Company A from using its access to Company B's corporate records to steal business secrets from Company B.”
Cross-references. A provision often refers to a contract clause in the same contract or another contract. (Note that a provision can also refer to itself: this Section 9.2.) Such a cross-reference indicates how the two provisions interact. Whether the one is an elaboration on the other, subordinated or prevailing.
Navigate to the Clauses tab in the contract terms template. Click the Add Clause button. To ensure you do not create a duplicate of an existing clause, you should search the library for similar clauses before creating a new one. Because the library does not contain the clause you need, you will create one.
Boilerplate clauses, also known as standard, miscellaneous, or general clauses, are located at the end of most corporate legal documents. These provisions address a range of things such as what happens if a document is declared unenforceable, how disputes will be resolved, which laws govern the contract, and more.
The term boilerplate or boilerplate text refers to text, or a standardized document, method, or procedure. In the field of contract law, documents containing boilerplate language, or language that is considered generic or standard in contracts.
