Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

No, Pages doesn't come with clip art. The approach seems to be that it comes with a media browser that will tap into photo, or a directory of QuickTime files... so you have to provide your own images.
Click the line or paragraph (or select multiple paragraphs) where you want to add the border or rule. In the Format sidebar, click the Layout button near the top. Click the pop-up menu below Borders & Rules, then choose a line type (solid, dashed, or dotted).
Open Photos from your Dock or Applications folder. Click on the File menu. Select Import (or type command-Shift-I). Find and select the image(s) you're looking to import. Click Review for Import.
Click the location in your document where you want to insert a picture. On the Home tab, under Insert, click Picture, and then click Photo Browser or Picture from File.
On your Mac, copy the picture you want to use to the Clipboard. ... Select the file or folder whose icon you want to replace, then choose File > Get Info. At the top of the Info window, click the picture of the icon, then choose Edit > Paste.
Click Add Artwork, select an image file, then click Open. Drag the image file to the artwork area.
