The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

Not sure yet why the W2 would not send to IRS. the button was not lit up after I completed all of my information into the W2 forms. I doubt that I will be able to afford your product due to it billing annually. Also, the price is too high for my budget. -EPOC Bookings

What do you like best?
That I am able to take any non-fillable pdf document and make it fillable.
What do you dislike?
I find the ease of use of the website decreased with the updated version. Not impossible, but less ease of use. Nothing too bad.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy way to fill in forms online Easy to get things filled in and returned to customers without having to print, write and then scan or fax back. Saves a lot of time in getting payment information from guests. This software doesn't really do anything else except for fill in PDF files. If this is all you need then great but it would be nice if it could do some other tasks with PDF files as well.

PDF when u can't PDF Overall, this is a great software. I use often , and find it very helpful. I mostly enjoy being able to use this software on my cell phone, and then able to complete PDF's when normally this would not be possible. I love this software, but it is sometimes difficult to use. The features are not as basic as I'd like.

really great program this was a very user friendly interface, no guessing what different tools do or where anything is located everything is organized and very simple but at the same im there is a lot of useful and needed options for editing the pdf, even a way to convert to other document styles and save...can share or and docs as attachment to contacts that you choose, and h\they have the option to edit and add to the doc as well. im also getting a totally free no gimmicks snags or hidden charges or fees and i mean legit its really free for real! highly recommend!!!

Right-click on the selected text and choose "Copy." Then, navigate to the document or location where you want to paste the text and right-click again, selecting "Paste." Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste.
Copy the text: Choose Edit > Copy to copy the selected text to another application. Right-click on the selected text, and then select Copy. Right-click on the selected text, and then choose Copy With Formatting. You can paste the copied text into comments, bookmarks, and documents authored in other applications.
Draw a Text field. Format with Properties to have a Fill and Stroke. Right click and choose Duplicate Across All Pages. If you need text, then as long as all text boxes have the same name in Properties, then changing the text in one will update all.
Click somewhere in the document, then press Ctrl + A (Windows) or ⌘ Command + A (Mac) to select all text in the document. Copy the text. Once the text is selected, you can copy it by pressing Ctrl + C (Windows) or ⌘ Command + C (Mac). Another way to do this is to open the Edit menu and select “Copy File to Clipboard.”
Open the document in the PDF editor. Select Tools > Edit PDF > Add Text. Drag the new text box to the preferred location. Add text to the box and choose the formatting options.
