4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

Easy accessibility, signature verification, conversion to other formats, storage of documents, and ability to share to multiple platforms.
What do you dislike?
Zip Files - have to open and resave docs needed for uploading to other sources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must be familiar with Zip files; Dashboard is super user-friendly; would not recommend for an occasional user - should have consistent need for the various services it provides.

How to add digital signature to PDF with date and time Upload your PDF document. Select the Signature field on the left. Design & Insert your digital signature. Select the Date Field button on same menu. Click anywhere to insert the date and time on the PDF. Apply changes and Download.
Manage time stamp authorities Select Security > IDs and Certificates > Manage Digital Identities. The Security Settings dialog box appears. Select Time Stamp Servers in the list on the left. If there are existing time stamp authorities, you can set the default one, you can edit or remove them.
