The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

Scary since I am using lots of numbers for an IRS form and I've forgotten which email I've used and what my password is and I have to redo this form. I need training.

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.

Can you use without a subscription?
offers a limited free plan, which includes use of the mobile app. The free option has substantial limitations, with a maximum cap of three “envelopes” or “sends.” Keep in mind that this is in total, not per month. If you want to send more documents, you'll have to upgrade to a paid plan.
Does have a free version?
Is the mobile app free? Yes, the mobile eSignature app is free to download. Current customers can log in with the same email and password to access to their account. New customers can sign up for a free account directly within the app.
What does the free version of include?
Sign and send back an unlimited number of documents for free. However, if you're collecting signatures, you can only send three documents with a free account. If you want to send more than three, upgrade to a paid plan.
