It was easy to use. just having difficulty emailing and printing 25 page document. states processing 1 of 25 but bar is not loading. quite frustrating. been trying for 1.5 hrs now. tried emailing didnt work to print off of it either. ugh

It'd be helpful if there was a visual display on the side when selecting a document, so that I could see what I'm looking at and have the ability to rename it without completely opening it.

How do I edit an email template?
Select an email template in the templates tree.
Press the F4 key on your keyboard or the Edit icon in the toolbar: Also, you can right-click on the template and select the Edit option:
Make the necessary changes and click Save to save the template in Outlook.
