Hold down the Ctrl & Alt keys and use the arrow keys to rotate it. Or, depending on your computer's graphics card, these may be alternative options. Right click on the Desktop | Graphic Options | Rotation. Right click on the Desktop | Screen Resolution | Orientation.
Click on Rotate Pages icon to open Rotate Pages window. Step 3: Here, click on the Add button to select the PDF file in which the page that you want to rotate is present. Note that you can either rotate a specific page or all pages in a PDF file.
When a PDF is open in Chrome, press Ctrl+P or get the Print Menu. In the Print options select 'Save as PDF' and in the orientation change from Portrait to Landscape. And then click on Print. This will rotate the entire PDF.
