Access the Adapt Settlement feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to work on.

Once you have the document open, click on the 'Adapt Settlement' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, providing you with various options to adapt the settlement agreement. You can add or remove sections, edit existing text, insert additional clauses, and more.

To add a new section to the agreement, simply click on the 'Add Section' button in the sidebar. A blank section will be inserted into the document, allowing you to enter the desired text.

If you want to remove a section from the agreement, click on the 'Remove Section' button next to the section you wish to delete. Confirm the action when prompted.

To edit existing text, click on the section you want to modify. The text will become editable, and you can make the necessary changes.

If you need to insert additional clauses or paragraphs, click on the 'Insert Clause' button in the sidebar. A new clause will be added to the document, and you can enter the desired text.

Once you have made all the necessary adaptations to the settlement agreement, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes.

You can also download the adapted settlement agreement as a PDF file by clicking on the 'Download' button in the toolbar.
