It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

This is all new to me and didn't know…
This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.
