I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/
