I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! After this horrible experience SUPPORT STAFF was able to assist me in accessing the necessary document and getting it filled out to me the deadline. SUPPORT STAFF is very knowledgeable and were able to resolve the problem quickly!!! Count me a happy customer!!!

The products are awesome and have been essential to the success of my business!
The forms are very easy to access and to use. The ability to have access to such a variety of forms especially IRS forms. The freedom of use to so many forms and the ability to upload your own created forms far exceeds so many other products that have so many limitations on the use of their products.
My only complaint is that sometimes it is a little difficult to find certain forms that you are looking for but it is usually remedied rather quickly.

Everything was very easy to follow and to make a great health record form out of one that you had!! I will never go back to writing each one out by hand!! Plus, it looks so much more professional!! So far so good. I like the friendly interface and the different options of sending processed files. I would like to request developers to incoporate "rotating page" for some documents that may be uploaded upside down
