The customer service could be better and help things. I would like a direct line to expedite matters and had to reach out in email.

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

Very helpful software, particularly in conjunction with SignNow. Lots of flexibility and configurability. That plus the integrations found throughout the AirSlate suite make it a big value add.

Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!

I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. The W-8BEN is an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) mandated form to collect correct Nonresident Alien (NRA) taxpayer information for individuals for reporting purposes and to document their status for tax reporting purposes.
How do I edit a w8ben form?
When you complete the W-8BEN, you are indicating that you are a non-U.S. taxpayer and cannot enter the U.S. as your country of citizenship or incorporation.
