Easy to use for 1099 filings
Use for 1099s and other tax filings.
Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed.
Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I think you should be able to hit the tab and go to the next number box and it center it. There is probably a way to do that but I just don't know how.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

What do you like best?
Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

I appreciate a free trial and I was able to get the one form that I needed. I simply cancelled so I don't forget to cancel the 30-day trial and get charged! Thank you very much for the easy to fill form.

Hover over any page, and you will see three options to rotate the page 90 degrees left, right or delete. Click 'Apply Changes' to permanently rotate PDF pages.
