Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus. What do you like best? User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc. What do you dislike? The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.
