I don't know why each time I do a function, I have to go back to MY Forms. It would be easier to save or print and stay where I am. Also, when I update a form, the original creation date stays instead of the updated date.

Like that it remembers where I was in filling in the forms. Filling in was a little awkward on the government forms I was working with. Would help to have a built in tracking mechanism to determine progress.

Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them

Easy to use I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software. At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

I like that I don not have to decide… I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

An open or expired permit is a permit which has been issued by a County or Municipal building department but has not been formally finalized in ance with established guidelines, typically by means of a final inspection, within the time provided.

A new owner will simply need to submit a “permit update” for any existing open construction permits, putting the permit into their name, or the new contractors if also changing contractors shortly after the closing. There are typically no fees involved with this process.
