Difficulty in locating fillable standard forms. I haven't been able to figure out how to "uncheck" or u"un-cross" out a box, it erases the entire box.

First time I've ever used it. It was simple enough for me. I love it! I was stuck filling out my w-2's & w-3's. I had purchased what I needed & was looking for a great program to film them out online & print. And PDF made it possible. Thanks

A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

Very helpful for filling out international documents in Japanese. Typing in Japanese alphabet was not good but the copy and paste approach worked just fine!

Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I am truly impressed and will gladly do business with them again.D. McPhersonEntrepreneur

Excellent and modern convenience
I used PDF filler for just about everything- I am constantly needing to fax things and being able to do it digitally and get confirmation that it was received is great. I also use the form filler to easily electronically sign and send documents back and forth!
Nothing, to be honest, the platform is super user-friendly, the cost is reasonable and the product always works!

Its great and affordable. There are lots of little features I like. The e-sign is the best feature as my business is online and having authorization forms for the clients to sign.
