Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Kara provided great tech assistance and… Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.
