After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

IM IN THE WORST PREDICAMENT AND CANT AFFORD LEGAL HELP. THE ONLY CALMING FACTOR IS FINDING WHAT I NEED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY EVEN HARD TO FIND BRIEFS AND CASES OF SIMILAR NATURE. ALSO IVE LEARNED QUITE OF FEW THINGS WHILE SEARCHING THAT CAUGHT MY EYE, A PLETHERA OF KNOWLEDGE. It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
