So far PDFfiller has been extremely easy to use and very useful! I previously used another program to convert and to edit PDF documents. Although it was also easy to use, this one is much easier and has way more options.

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

Why was OpenOffice discontinued?
In April 2011, Oracle stopped development of OpenOffice.org and fired the remaining Star Division development team.
