some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

FRONT OF THE PHONECARD DRIVING License EXPLAINED Date of driving license issue, photo expiry, issuing authority (4): The date displayed in 4a is the date the photocard license was issued. 4b displays the date the photocard must be renewed and 4cdisplays the authority that issued the license (DLA).
The Issue field in the bottom-right corner of California driver licenses is simply the date that said card was issued.
Date issued on license, permit or ID card. What does the “issued” date mean on my driver license? The date displayed after the word “ISSUED” on your driver license document is the date that the driver license transaction was processed, not the date when your first driver license was issued.
If you look at the driver's license card carefully, you can see that your California driver's license issue date is written on the right bottom corner of your card, marked as ISS.
MO licenses issued in 2013 and future years include an issue date labelled 4a ISS located to the bottom right of the license.
