Web based PDF signing tool I use PDFfiller for signing purchase orders or sending proposals for clients to digitally sign. It's great because users can sign documents in their browser without needing to download anything. PDFfiller's editing tools leave much to the imagination. I don't use the editing features as I can accomplish what I need with other programs.

The five key supervisory roles include Educator, Sponsor, Coach, Counselor, and Director. Each is described below. Note that in your role as a supervisor, you will be using these five roles, in some combination, simultaneously, depending on the needs of the team members.

Supervision is a process that involves a manager meeting regularly and interacting with worker(s) to review their work. It is carried out as required by legislation, regulation, guidance, standards, inspection requirements and requirements of the provision and the service.

A critical aspect of supervision lies in its potential to educate.
There are three types of supervision: administrative, clinical (also called educational supervision) and supportive supervision. The most basic function of administrative supervision is to ensure that work is performed.
