The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available. But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

Questions & answers

A comprehensive questionnaire collecting personal and contact information, health and medication history, habitual(smoking) information, occupational, and physical information with areas to fully understand the customer expectation.
Take time to get to know your client. Find out what his or her health and fitness challenges and goals are. Get measurements and assess his or her cardiovascular health, flexibility, and muscle strength. And provide value throughout the entire process to educate and encourage your client.
Always start slowly, especially with new clients. You want to be very aware of their current level of fitness and ease them into elevated training intensities. Soreness should not be a goal, and pushing too hard too soon can lead to client attrition (falloff or loss).
