Logging issue troubleshoot I was having issue logging into pdfFiller with the password that I remember, at the same time could not receive any email to reset my password. Harmhon, the live chat agent from pdfFiller, has patiently understand my situation. Although most of the time is user's issue that they don't check on junk mail or they have some instruction/rules listed in their setting. But Harmhon is able to figure that my email address was actually not being whitelisted in your company whitelist. That being said, after Harmhon inserted me into the whitelist, i am able to login without any issue again. I really appreciate Harmhon's patient and service. He is definitely a precious asset to pdfFiller! Keep up the good work!

Questions & answers

Provided that the dress code is written clearly, is not excessive or onerous, is applied in a consistent fashion, and does not obviously discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, and perhaps ethnicity, the code is constitutional and does not violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1965.
Although students do not “shed their constitutional rights to freedom of speech or expression at the schoolhouse gate,” school administrators must have the ability to restrict speech that is harmful to other students, in this instance promoting illegal drug use.
Supreme Court declines case challenging school's skirts-only dress code for girls. The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a case challenging a skirts-only dress code for girls at a North Carolina charter school, letting stand a lower court ruling that the school's dress code violated federal law.
Private Schools Because public education is essentially a government institution, public schools are required to uphold the constitutional rights of students, including free speech. But private schools are not instruments of the government, so their students don't have the same First Amendment protections.
The First Amendment allows for mandatory uniform policies or dress codes in the public schools. However, it also generally permits exemptions from such policies or codes for students to wear religious clothes, head coverings, symbols or other attire.
When Does the First Amendment Protect What Students Wear to School? Students' right to freedom of expression extends to the messages on their clothes, as long as they aren't disruptive or vulgar. But schools can impose dress codes that aren't meant to silence opinions.
