Worth the money! The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy! The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

A delivery note is a document that is included with a shipment of goods sent out to a customer. It lists the description and amount of goods enclosed in the shipment. The delivery note does not usually list the price of the goods being delivered, that information will be on the invoice which follows shortly after.
The main difference between invoice and delivery note is that the invoice has to justify the payment of the operation, while the delivery note does not. The delivery note only justifies the receipt of the product or service, not that it has been paid for.
The delivery note is essentially a commercial document that accompanies a shipment of goods, it outlines the description, and quantity of the goods delivered. A copy of the document, which is to be signed by the recipient, is then returned to the seller/provider as proof of delivery.
