Faced with the daunting task of filling in the complete IRS 990 (due to the dissolution of a 501c7 non-profit corporation of which I was the treasurer) I have found that the PDFfiller program is a real godsend -- so much so that I almost regret not having an excuse to continue as a subscriber once the trial-period expires. But I will highly recommend the program to anyone I might know who regularly is faced with filing long or complicated tax forms.

Questions & answers

Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys gather user feedback and measure how likely users say they are to recommend products and services to friends and colleagues. This data can be used at your organization to determine strategies for adoption and rollout of Microsoft 365 products and services.
The standard NPS question is “how likely are you to recommend us on a scale from 0 to 10,” but you don't need to limit yourself to asking it verbatim. For the open-ended question that follow, there are also different ways to get feedback from your customers.
How to calculate NPS in Excel: Add up the promoters - those who scored 9 and 10. Add up the detractors - those with responses 0 to 6 (included) To calculate the percentage, divide the number of promoters by the total number of responses. Repeat this process for detractors.
NPS survey structure The Net Promoter Score survey consists of a two-part questionnaire. The first part asks your customers to rate – the rating question – your business, product or service on a scale of 0 to 10. The second question is a follow-up, open-ended question as to why the specific score was given.
The NPS Calculation Formula NPS = % promoters - % detractors. For example, if 50% of respondents are Promoters, 10% are Detractors, and 40% are passives, your NPS would be 50-10=40.
An NPS survey is a simple two-part survey that consists of a rating question, and a free response follow-up. NPS, or Net Promoter Score, surveys help you quantify customer loyalty while also providing qualitative feedback to help you improve the customer experience.
