I wish you had a lower price option -- I only need a few PDF's done per year.
I wish you had a lower price option -- I only need a few PDF's done per year.. So something like a per PDF cost model would be much better for me.

How easy it is to use!
What do you like best? How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in. What do you dislike? Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.

If each order is totally unique, surveying folks every couple of months is reasonable. If your product does not change, you probably don't want to survey your customers more than once a quarter to 6 months, just frequent enough to make sure you're maintaining the experience you've been delivering.
Ask customers to rate your company If you're just getting started with Net Promoter Score surveys, then it's a good idea to use the default form of the survey question. The classic NPS question is simple: “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our business to a friend or colleague?”
Because it is entirely focused on existing customers, the Net Promoter Score does not capture what is happening in the marketplace. Competitors' offers and the value perceived by customers are not part of the NPS. Yet these are essential elements to anticipate customer loyalty.
While your NPS doesn't explain why customers feel the way they do, it's still a valuable indicator. Garcia recommends using the insights from survey research to improve your business model. From there, you can gauge the success of any improvements by the changes in your Net Promoter Score.
