Definitely Useful As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient. PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively. Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

While I was reviewing a couple of unauthorized charges on my ****** account I noticed they were from PDF filler. Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. I emailed them the information and again, within a couple of hours, I received a response that I had been refunded the fee. I appreciate how professional, considerate, and amazingly responsive this company has been- the whole process was quick and painless and I will certainly consider using PDF Filler in the future should I need such a service!!

I understand that we, as a group and as individuals, are responsible to our landlord for the total rent for the term of the agreement.
A Boarder is someone whom a Tenant allows to reside in his/her apartment. Both roommates and persons subletting an apartment are considered Boarders. Boarders are not recognized by Landlords or the Ontario Tenant Protection Act. Boarders are subject to contract law between themselves and the Tenant.
Why Do You Need a Roommate Agreement? Even if you're moving in with your best friend, things can turn sour once you share a living space. A roommate rental agreement is legally binding so that it can help with everyone's comfort and safety.
Having a written roommate agreement makes everyone take their responsibilities more seriously, and helps avoid the misinterpretations and memory lapses that come with oral understandings. Much of your agreement won't be legally binding—for example, a judge likely wouldn't order your roommate to clean the bathroom.
The only thing that needn't be provided for in this contract are the things that are covered in your lease, like rent payments. Paying for Communal Items. Cleaning. Noise. Guest Rules. Food and Mealtimes. Pets. Temperature.
