I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

Questions & answers

Bridal party: Introduced after the parents, call them by name and role (use full names in formal events). If the couple requests it, include a brief "how they are related/how long have they known the bride/groom" story in the wedding party introduction.
So, here are five essential things to discuss with the bridesmaids before the wedding. The bride's and bridesmaids' expectations. Bridesmaids' outfits. Bridesmaids and the hen do. Tasks the bridesmaids can help with. Let the bridesmaids tell you what they don't want.
Communicate early and often. Well informed bridesmaids are happy bridesmaids! Give them the dates of your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day well in advance. Let them know how the bridesmaid dress shopping and/or ordering experience will go.
It may feel a little old school, but email works for groups large and small, won't cause your phone to constantly ping, and it's easy to search for old messages. We think email works particularly well for communicating with the entire wedding party (bridesmaids, groomsmen, bridesmen, groomswomen, etc.)
Ceremony and Reception Timeline Sure, it's all on the invitation, but give your wedding party a little more information so they can be prepared for your big day. Remind them when you'll be walking down the aisle, when cocktail hour begins, and what time guests should be seated for dinner.
Start your timeline before the morning of your wedding, including any pre-wedding events you'll need them to attend. Specify when and where your rehearsal will be taking place as well as the time and location of your rehearsal dinner and/or welcome party. Stick in a note about the dress code, too!
