How to Use the Reorder PDF Feature in pdfFiller
The Reorder PDF feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily rearrange the pages of your PDF document. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to reorder in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Reorder Pages' option in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, showing a thumbnail view of all the pages in your document.

To reorder the pages, simply click and drag the thumbnails to the desired position. You can also use the 'Move Up' and 'Move Down' buttons to rearrange the pages.

If you want to delete a page, hover over the thumbnail and click on the 'Delete' button that appears.

To add a blank page, click on the 'Add Blank Page' button at the bottom of the sidebar.

Once you have rearranged the pages to your liking, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your document.

You can also click on the 'Cancel' button if you decide not to reorder the pages.

That's it! Your PDF document is now reordered and ready to be saved or shared.

Makes My Job Easy
I use PDFfiller to create contracts and purchase orders. For contracts, I typically input data into Excel, and then use PDFfiller to create the finished contract from my Excel data. For purchase orders, I use PDFfiller to edit document information, highlight items, and sign the document. This saves me the hassle of having to print out documents, edit them by hand, and then scan/fax them. Very happy with PDFfiller, as it most certainly makes my job easier.
PDFfiller has all the features that I need for my documents: adding a logo, highlighting, and drawing. I also think that it's great how you can seamlessly use Excel data to fill out forms automatically. This is especially helpful when creating contracts.
The price is a little steep for what I see as somewhat of a basic software concept; however, it's worth it in my opinion. There is also a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of all features, you can automate things and fill out your PDFs very quickly.

How can I rearrange PDF pages for free?
Upload your PDF to the Merge Tool.
Click 'Page Mode', where you will see a preview of every single page from within your PDF.
Move pages around through drag and drop.
Click 'Merge' to perform the task. Don't forget to download your newly rearranged PDF!
How do I sort PDF pages in order?
Reorder the pages via drag & drop using the thumbnails. Click on the trash icon to delete single pages. By clicking on a thumbnail, you can select multiple pages and rearrange them together. Sort the pages ascending or descending by clicking on the respective button (optional).
How do I sort pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF document and select Tools > Organize Pages > Reorder. All the pages are shown as thumbnail images with page numbers below. Drag and drop each page to the correct location. For example, if the document should have page 11 as page 2, drag page 11 and drop it after page 1.
