A contractor uploads onboarding documents to pdfFiller or finds corresponding templates in the online library. By adding fields to the documents, a contractor creates fillable templates. The templates are then pre-filled with project-specific data and shared with subcontractors via short links. Step by step guide for a subcontractors onboarding workflow

Based on your newly created templates, generate a set of copies for each subcontractor in your team and complete the documents with relevant data.
