For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In many cases, you can download a PDF file of each statement from the bank website, which can be attached to an email message. Alternatively, you could scan a paper copy and attach that. However, be careful about where you send the statement because email is usually not encrypted for security.
Select save, save it to your PC and then you have a file with all your bank statement transactions on ready to send to us by email. Go to the page where you can see all the transactions for the account you want to download the statements for. You will then be asked if you would like to open or save the document.
It's technically never completely safe to share bank account information. In some cases, all fraudsters need are your account and routing numbers to perpetrate banking identity theft. This means, in the wrong hands, something as basic as a blank check can compromise your financial security.
Choose Save. Enter your secret Remote Pin to sign in. Choose your account. Choose Email Statement. Choose the date range. Enter the email address. Choose Send.
Log in to online banking. Select the statement you wish to view. Click 'Print' at the bottom of the screen. Enter the dates you require (three months or six months). Select 'Print' to open a preview. To download, select PDF software and click 'Save'.
You should never publish bank details on Facebook or a public web site, but sending them by mail to a specific recipient is fine. If you think that is deserves more security, you are on your own, provided your employer accepts it. IMHO, an encrypted zip file should be enough.
You should never, ever send a credit card number over email unless you have encrypted it in a reliable way. The same goes for your bank account numbers, social security number, and even your driver's license. See Send Secure Info Over the Internet for ways to safely transmit this type of information.

While you can encrypt your email server connection and use encryption protocols to send it over, it's not always possible to make sure the recipient has the same set of security practices in place. In other words, you might have securely sent out your documents, but that does not mean they were delivered securely.
They knew email wasn't safe on its own. Standard email indeed isn't safe for sending high-value personal information such as credit card or passport numbers, according to security experts such as Robert Hansen, CEO of intelligence and analysis firm OutsideIntel, now part of Bit Discovery.
