I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

Can you remember what all the lower… Can you remember what all the lower case letters look like when you are filling out forms by hand. I didn't remember, but when you use PDF filler you it does it for you.

Great customer service I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have.
