I just was able to get the best service… I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. What do you like best? Easy to use when you need a fast, effective solution. What do you dislike? The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and deploy. No licensing to worry about and no updates! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I made the mistake of subscribing to a… I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
