With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

The application are very usefully in opening some documents, and it contained some feature that help to search
the feature use low space and give options to user to allow to views the page or works he or she wants

More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.

Very good tool to add editable fields…
Very good tool to add editable fields to pdf files. The maneuvering process can be a little awkward and can use some user feedback in those regards, but all in all, very worth the price.

pdfFiller is great so far
pdfFiller is great so far, but I would like a bit more comprehensive editing tools. For example better alignment options for fields, even spacing, more flexible sizing options, and maybe support for tables. Also, right-alignment of fields works on-screen, but always prints left-aligned. Other than that, the ease of use and clean interface are a pleasure to use.
