This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

I must say "PDF filler" is the best company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Such prompt courteous service when you have a question. If you call their phone # and have a wait, just leave your number. They will actually call you back ASAP the same day. Found that out with surprise!! Wanted to cancel my subscription. No problem she said. Got an email on that the very next day. The only reason I cancelled is the 4-page form I needed to type out is just once a year. Loved the selection of type styles and sizes. Made it a pleasure to fill in.

I have had a great experience thus far…
I have had a great experience thus far in my free trial. I have been able to merge documents to create a continuous flow, create signature stamps and fill out fillable pdfs' for my work. This is a great product!

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Highly recommend! This is an awesome site/resource for pros and newbies alike! Being new to all things graphic design related, I have utilized PDF filler several times to help with my projects *at no charge! Unfortunately, I lost my “real job” due to CoVid, so, at this time, I’m not in a position to pay the (very reasonable) annual fee to utilize all of the amazing benefits/features. BUT - as soon as I am able, I will happily do so. I was also really impressed with the Customer Service team. They are extremely professional, helpful and respond quickly. *side note: I almost never post recommendations (good or bad) but in this case, I felt the exception was well deserved.
