This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I've only used this service once, and I'm pleased with the outcome. My document looked more professional and I will use this service again. I think it's a bit pricey, so I suggest the company use a "one-time-purchase" option or free trial before buying.

user friendly, easy to create and send, very happy with the responsiveness of customer service via email; however, it would be nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone for quick questions.

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the ease of being able to upload a PDF file and edit the file online and add or delete content as necessary. I then download the completed PDF file to my documents.
What do you dislike?
I'm not sure this is a dislike but if I send a completed PDF document with a requested signature to a client the client Gets charged a fee.

The application software is a great…
The application software is a great tool. But, when I search for another fillable document of the same, it does not allow me to pull up a clean form fillable document, for example local tax forms. Thank you.

It is great for what I am using it to do, however there is likely much more I don't know about yet.
After 2 weeks, I know much more and find the took extremely valuable. Don't know how I worked without it.
