PDFfiller fills out pdf file with e-sign perfectly helpful! PDFfiller is useful enough if you know how to use it properly. This is utilized in our company for signing in our timesheet and it helps me to become more productive. In just a second I can automatically attach my e-signature. In our company, we need to electronically sign in our time sheet every week and PDFfiller is one of the most useful online softwares that our company is using that can be shared anytime and anywhere. Using this software, I can easily attached my e-signature and I can easily submit the required document needed to process my payroll. Sharing the pdf is as easy as including the email of the persons whom you want to share your file. Using this software, I became empowered in the sense that I can do multiple jobs simultaneously while I am on the go with my work. If you are not familiar with how pdf works, it is hard to use the advanced functionalities of this software. As a new user, you need to spend time navigating the useful features of PDFfiller. In the Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner. In Form Elements, go to Widgets at the top. Search and select Configurable List.
To manage multiple fields, hold down the Ctrl key (for PC), or the Command ⌘ key (for Mac) to multi-select fields. You can also press Ctrl + A or ⌘ + A to select all fields. A menu will appear at the top that will allow you to manage the multiple fields you selected.
How to Set a Required Field Select the element in the Form Builder. Click the Settings (gear) icon. Under the General tab, toggle Required to “On” to make the field mandatory.
You can drag and drop the field from the Form Elements tab directly onto your existing live form. It will not cause any issues, since you are not deleting any fields from the form. Let us know if you have any further questions/concerns.
How to add fields and view my form? In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element. Click/Drag any of the appropriate form elements to add to the form.
Select the element and click the gear icon to open the Properties panel. Go to the Advanced tab. Scroll down and toggle the Hide Field option to “On”.
Setting fields as required in Jotform is simple. By default, all fields are considered optional. To change this, select the field and click on the gear icon to the right to bring up the field properties. Find the toggle labeled Required, and click it into the on position.
To prefill your form with data from Jotform Tables: In the Form Builder, select Publish at the top. Go to Prefill on the left. Select Tables Prefill. Next, choose your source table and tab. Map your table's columns to your form fields. Once you're done, select Save Settings. On the next page, select Add a New Prefill.
