I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! If Sam is an example of the company, which he is, then this is a 10 star company on a 4 star scale!

My experience with PDFfiller has been nothing but win after win! At first i was worried i wasn't going to be able to sign without the help of a third party app, but, wouldn't you know? used a handful of other pdf programs, and while there have been a decent one here or there, most have been quite irresponsible, irresponsive, and irritable! pdfFiller is by far the most user-friendly, quick, and manageable one there is, notes this observer! am definitely glad i went for the platinum membership - has not only calmed my disdain towards pdfs, but i am actually having fun with them now! ^_^
