With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Amazing Customer Service
While I was reviewing a couple of unauthorized charges on my PayPal account I noticed they were from PDF filler. Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that “free” was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. I emailed them the information and again, within a couple of hours, I received a response that I had been refunded the fee. I appreciate how professional, considerate, and amazingly responsive this company has been- the whole process was quick and painless and I will certainly consider using PDF Filler in the future should I need such a service!!

Excellent for creating fillable forms
As someone who has to work with lots of clients at the same time, being able to send a fillable form to be acompanied by the requirements we need from a customer makes our work a lot simpler and more organized.
I have found that PDFfiller lags a bit at times and when creating or editing large files it is really slow.

Works way better than any other ones I have tried. Will not use anything else. Allows me to make changes to any document I have scanned in so far.

Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

A very easy to use to file your claim, and I never have any problem logging in. I highly recommend this site, I am very satisfied. They just give me access to the Insurance portal that is why I have to unsubscribe. I will use this in the future.
