I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Highly recommend to anyone who can use all the features. Added plus is that it's so easy to use. PDF Filler customer service is like it used to be when businesses actually cared if you did business with them, their 24 hour support guys are incredible, unfortunately I am always in such a hurry when I talk to them I X out the opportunity to give them a 5 star Kudos..."Thank you for hiring an amazing group of people which do a great job representing the integrity of your program, you have earned a customer for life", that's what I would say if I could slow down for a few minutes!

Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

honestly was harder to understand the first time, but I came back a few weeks later and in just that time it had become much more intuitive and to me seems to flow perfectly!

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service!
PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

It's too early to comment about my experience. I started using this software today. Whatever I work I did today . with the software was a satisfactory. I need to try many other features and train myself using this software, before I can comment about my overall satisfaction.

I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

They have great customer service
They have great customer service. I got charged my yearly fee, which was a mistake, and when I notified them they quickly took action and reimbursed my money. Thank you. The items provided by you are great, but I do not use them all year.
