Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I have been using this site for 10 minutes, I really cannot give a good assessment. I do believe that a users manual should be more accessible from the home page so you can review the user guide while using the form filler.

easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

My overall experience with this software has been 100% positive.
I like that no matter what kind of forms I need I can always find everything that I need on this software.
I love everything about this software. I cant think of anything negative about it.

What do you like best?
Pdfiller Allows me to quickly complete documents and get them back to people and fax them in a timely manner without having to fumbling around with scanning documents

No downsides other than other people at my work don't use pdffiler and are slow to get there things done

The problem of needing to complete and fax/email forms. I realized I should have never been hand completing this. Also bc I copy and paste I don't have to write a lot

This is an absolutely AMAZING service
This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Overall, it's an excellent piece of software to utilize in your business or for personal document editing needs.
Allows for easy and quick editing of pdf forms so I can collaborate, sign, fax and send documents to team members and clients. Very helpful.
I have not any cons with the use of this software thus far, it's done everything i've asked of it with ease.
