Signed documents have the Signatures button at the bottom of the document. Click the File tab. Click Add a Digital Signature. Read the Word, Excel, or PowerPoint message, and then click OK.
If someone sends you a document to sign, you don't have to print it, sign it, scan it, and then send the document back. You cane Sign the document in moments and send it back right away. You can even add an electronic signature to a document using your tablet or mobile device.
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. The Fill & Sign tool is displayed. The form fields are detected automatically. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, select Pictures > Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then select Insert.
Digitally Sign a Microsoft Word Document To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where you'd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Double-click the signature line.
