It is very easy to use, very self explanatory.
If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

I use it to fill out government and medical forms for personal reasons. It could be used for any form you might need to complete.
It's very easy to use and has tons of forms available. You can upload unique forms and it works great on those too.
I have had some issues finding forms I've completed.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I find that it was ok except the fact of having to put my credit card in for doing something the same day.. for a 30 day trial. ABSOLUTELY SAD :(
