Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I am sold on it.Thank you.

PDF FILLER I have used this for payroll and accounting documents at work and for personal use as well. I have not had any trouble using it at all. The ease of use if wonderful. I love how much more professional documents look when using the PDF Filler than hand writing. That is another thing I love about this software - you can do it all on the computer/laptop and just attach to an email if you need to send it to someone or print for the files if that's what is needed. I don't believe I have anything I don't like about it!! Who like hand writing forms??

IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey. What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .

I signed up to help with a real estate… I signed up to help with a real estate contract. I was able to complete the form and email the document. It took me a little while to figure it all out but once I did it went smoothly.

How to Add Mark Contract

Go to the pdfFiller website and log in to your account or register one.

From your account Dashboard, click the Add New button to upload or import a document.

Click the Create Document button and create one from scratch. It will automatically get saved to the Docs tab.

Edit, protect, annotate Documents, and make them interactive with fillable fields.

Go to the toolbar and choose To add Mark Contract.

Click DONE if you finished editing the file and want it to be saved in your account.

Redlining contracts as we know it today in the legal profession refers to the act of performing edits to a document and/or comparing mark ups. Redlining also can refer to a form of document comparison (usually contracts) that is generally done by computers.
